Sharon Cremen, SRA
Biographical Sketch
A Vice Presidential award winning, real estate appraiser and analyst, Sharon Cremen, SRA has been employed in the real estate field for the last 27 years. Since 1999 she has been retained as an expert witness in Baltimore City & County Courts, as well as Federal Court representing both the Defense and Prosecution in “fraud and illegal flipping”. She also serves as a reviewer for the Maryland Appraisal Commission.
A designated member of the Appraisal Institute and currently serving as a nationally elected representative of the Residential Appraisal Council, from May 2000 through December 2001, Ms. Cremen was a consultant for Arthur Andersen, assigned to Washington DC’s HUD office, as part of their quality control and assurance program. In this role she not only reviewed residential appraisals for adherence to FHA Guidelines but traveled to Baltimore, Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon to conduct field reviews of suspected fraudulent HUD reports. Currently based in Forest Hill, MD she continues work as a forensic appraiser in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Home Buying and Selling Consultation, Consumer Fraud, Elder Care and Property Assets, Tax Assessment Reduction, Real Estate Appraiser Protocol and overall day to day appraisal practice procedures are a few of the many topics Ms. Cremen has presented during her career. Audience members will laugh and learn as she shares her experiences from behind the desk, on the road and on the witness stand.

A look at crazy signs, directions and advertising from around the world. This is an inter-active lecture where the audience provides captions for each slide. Lots of laughter from start to finish.
